The celebration has become again a two days event. Friday is a quiet gathering with many visuals and performances lined up. Saturday is the now familiar full on party on 8 levels. Many cosy shelters, undercover retreats, smoother passages from levels to levels and more bars! FRANKHEGY aims again to sustrain [sic] and refine the continuity of the key elements of the domestic party culture as well as it gives platform for artistic electronic and acoustic expressions. The existing design elements have been considerably visually enriched for both days. The festival was postponed by a week because of rain and took place on 4–5 October 2002.
